I chose that 5 star rating as this book has a lot of potential knowledge for those that are interested or are starting to get a full understanding of mental health.
It has good guidance of how to look at mental health, also how to cope with it or to help others to have an understanding of what is it that could be going on in there life.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book, and it's a book that you could read over and over again.
I highly recommend this book, especially if you are interested in becoming a therapist or a counsellor.
